  • Shelf Life Test: Capacitors stored at maximum operating temperature without voltage for 1000+48/0 hours.
  • Temperature Characteristics Test: Measurements at -40, +20, and +105.
  • Surge Test: Simulates overvoltage at abnormal situations.
  • Change of Temperature Test: 5 temperature cycles from +20 to -40 to +105.
  • Damp Heat Test: 5008 hours at 402 and 90~95% RH.
  • Vibration Test: 10Hz ~ 55Hz for 2 hours in 3 perpendicular directions.
  • Resistance to Solder Heat Test: Terminals immersed in solder bath at 2605 for 101 seconds or 40010 for 3+0/-1 seconds.
  • Vent Test: For products with vent (diameter 6.3mm), the vent must operate without dangerous conditions.
