Product Overview
The PT-15 and PTC-15 are 15-mm through-hole potentiometers, available in carbon (PT-15) and cermet (PTC-15) variants, designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Their shaftless design accommodates various engagement mechanisms, enabling control of variable outputs like frequency, motor speed, or volume. Key advantages include excellent linearity up to 3%, up to 38 mechanical detents for tactile feedback, and an extended life cycle of up to 100,000 cycles. They offer IP54 protection and are suitable for automated insertion with magazine packaging. Applications span appliance program selection, thermostat adjustment, timer and control relays, consumer electronics, power tool controls, and test and measurement equipment.
