The Piher PT-10 and PTC-10 are 10-mm through-hole potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Their shaftless design allows for versatile engagement mechanisms, including customized shafts, motor controls, or human interface adjustments. These potentiometers are ideal for controlling variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, or volume. They offer excellent performance with up to 3% linearity, a choice of carbon or cermet resistive elements, and up to 16 mechanical detents for tactile feedback. With a life cycle of up to 100,000 cycles and IP54 protection, the PT-10 and PTC-10 are suitable for demanding industrial and consumer electronics applications, including appliance program selection, thermostat adjustment, timer and control relays, power tool controls, and test and measurement equipment.
