The Piher PS-15 and PSC-15 are 15-mm carbon/cermet SMD potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Their shaftless design facilitates integration with various engagement mechanisms, including custom shafts, motor controls, or human interface adjustments. These potentiometers are suitable for controlling variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, and volume. Key features include excellent linearity (up to 3%), a choice of carbon or cermet resistive elements, polyester/alumina substrates, up to 38 mechanical detents for tactile feedback, and an operational life of up to 100,000 cycles.
