The Piher PT-15 and PTC-15 are 15-mm through-hole potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Available in carbon (PT-15) or cermet (PTC-15) resistive elements, these shaftless potentiometers offer versatility for various engagement mechanisms, including customized shafts, motor controls, or human interface adjustments. They are suitable for controlling variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, or volume. Key features include excellent linearity (up to 3%), up to 38 mechanical detents for tactile feedback, and a long life of up to 100,000 cycles.
