Product Overview
The Piher PT-15 and PTC-15 are 15-mm through-hole potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Featuring a shaftless design, they offer flexibility for various engagement mechanisms, including custom shafts, motor controls, or human interface adjustments. These potentiometers are suitable for controlling variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, or volume. They deliver excellent performance with up to 3% linearity, and options for carbon or cermet resistive elements, up to 38 mechanical detents for tactile feedback, and up to 100,000 life cycles. With IP54 protection and available magazine packaging for automatic insertion, they are ideal for appliance program selection, thermostat adjustment, timer and control relays, consumer electronics, power tool controls, and test and measurement equipment.
