Product Overview
The Piher PT-10 and PTC-10 are 10mm carbon and cermet through-hole potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Their shaftless design allows for integration with various engagement mechanisms, enabling precise control of variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, and volume. These potentiometers offer excellent performance with up to 3% linearity, a choice of carbon or cermet resistive elements, and up to 16 mechanical detents for tactile feedback. With an extended life of up to 100,000 cycles and IP54 protection, they are suitable for demanding environments. Applications include appliance program selection, thermostat adjustment, timer and control relays, consumer electronics, power tool controls, and test and measurement equipment.
