The Piher PT-15 and PTC-15 are 15-mm through-hole potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. These shaftless potentiometers offer versatility through various engagement mechanisms like customized shafts, motor controls, or human interface adjustments. They are capable of controlling variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, or volume. Key features include excellent linearity (up to 3%), a choice of carbon or cermet resistive elements, up to 38 mechanical detents for tactile feedback, and a long operational life of up to 100,000 cycles.
