The Piher PT-15 and PTC-15 are 15-mm through-hole potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Featuring a shaftless design, they offer versatility for various engagement mechanisms like customized shafts, motor controls, or human interface adjustments. These potentiometers are suitable for controlling variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, or volume, and are ideal for appliance program selection, thermostat adjustment, timer and control relays, consumer electronics, power tool controls, and test and measurement equipment. They boast excellent performance with up to 3% linearity, available with carbon or cermet resistive elements, and offer options for up to 38 mechanical detents for tactile feedback, up to 100,000 life cycles, and IP54 protection. Magazine packaging for automatic insertion is also available.
