Product Overview
The Piher PS-15 and PSC-15 are 15-mm carbon/cermet SMD potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Their shaftless design allows for integration with various engagement mechanisms, including custom shafts, motor controls, or human interface adjustments. These potentiometers are capable of controlling variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, and volume. Key features include excellent linearity (up to 3%), a choice of carbon or cermet resistive elements, polyester/alumina substrates, up to 38 mechanical detents for tactile feedback, and up to 100,000 life cycles. They also offer IP54 protection and are available in embossed tape packaging.
