The N-6 is a 6mm miniature carbon potentiometer designed for cost-effective control solutions in Industrial, Automotive, and Appliance markets. It offers the features of traditional full-size potentiometers in a reduced form factor, with tape-on-reel packaging for automated placement. Key advantages include RoHS & REACH compliance, a carbon resistive element, over-molding manufacturing for robustness, and various mounting and packaging options for automated insertion. It is suitable for applications such as home and building automation, appliances, timer and control relays, power supplies, alarms and detectors, and light dimmers. An optional RoHS reflow version (N6-R) with extended mechanical life is also available.
