Product Overview
The Piher PT-10 and PTC-10 are 10-mm carbon and cermet through-hole potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Their shaftless design allows for integration with various engagement mechanisms, including custom shafts, motor controls, or human interfaces. These potentiometers are capable of controlling variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, and volume. They offer excellent performance with up to 3% linearity, a choice of carbon or cermet resistive elements, and up to 16 mechanical detents for tactile feedback. With a life cycle of up to 100,000 cycles and IP54 protection, the PT-10/PTC-10 series is suitable for a wide range of applications including appliance program selection, thermostat adjustment, timer and control relays, consumer electronics, power tool controls, and test and measurement equipment.
