Product Overview
The Piher PT-15 and PTC-15 are 15-mm carbon and cermet through-hole potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Their shaftless design allows for versatile engagement mechanisms, including customized shafts, motor controls, or human interface adjustments. These potentiometers are suitable for controlling variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, and volume. They offer excellent performance with up to 3% linearity, a long life of up to 100,000 cycles, and IP54 protection. Available in carbon or cermet resistive elements, with options for up to 38 mechanical detents for tactile feedback, magazine packaging for automatic insertion, and various tapers (linear, logarithmic, antilogarithmic).
