Product Overview

The Piher PT-10 and PTC-10 are 10-mm carbon and cermet through-hole potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Their shaftless design allows for versatile engagement mechanisms, including customized shafts, motor control, or human interface adjustments. These potentiometers are suitable for controlling variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, or volume. They offer excellent performance with up to 3% linearity, a choice of carbon or cermet resistive elements, and up to 16 mechanical detents for tactile feedback. With a life cycle of up to 100,000 cycles and IP54 protection, they are ideal for appliance program selection, thermostat adjustment, timer and control relays, consumer electronics, power tool controls, and test and measurement equipment.
