Product Overview
The Piher N-15 series is a low-profile rotary position sensor/potentiometer designed for a wide range of applications in appliances and automotive control. It offers endless rotation, a 340 electrical angle, and flexible mounting options (SMD or through-hole). With an extended operating temperature range of 40C to +120C and up to 2,000,000 life cycles, the N-15 provides excellent performance with 3% linearity and IP54 protection. Its polarized 'T' rotor is compliant with European Home Appliance standards, and it is available in embossed tape packaging. The N-15 can also be supplied as a 6-pulse incremental encoder or a mechanical switch with up to 12 positions.
