Product Overview
The Piher PT-15 and PTC-15 are 15-mm through-hole potentiometers designed for applications requiring frequent adjustment. Featuring a shaftless design, they accommodate various engagement mechanisms like custom shafts, motor controls, or human interface adjustments. These potentiometers are ideal for controlling variable outputs such as frequency, motor speed, or volume. They offer excellent performance with up to 3% linearity, carbon or cermet resistive elements, and up to 100,000 life cycles. The series boasts IP54 protection, magazine packaging for automatic insertion, and optional SPDT switches and low torque versions. Applications include appliance program selection, thermostat adjustment, timer and control relays, consumer electronics, power tool controls, and test and measurement equipment.
