Cautions

Adjustment: Maximum screwdriver pressure should be less than 100 gf. Use recommended screwdrivers (e.g., VESSEL 9000) or screwdrivers with tips that do not damage internal insulated elements. High pressure can lead to setting drift or internal damage.

Soldering: Use the recommended solder profile. Excessive solder can cause bridging or flux invasion, degrading characteristics. Do not touch the trimmer capacitor body or terminals directly with a soldering iron, as this may cause damage. Avoid flow-soldering (dipping soldering) as it may penetrate the capacitor. Ensure proper mounting alignment if SEHWA's recommended land pattern is not used. Cool down to room temperature for at least 4 hours after reflow soldering to prevent capacitance drift.

Storage: Recommended usage within 6 months of delivery. Store between -10~40 and 30~70% RH. Avoid corrosive conditions, direct sunlight, or dewy environments. Do not open packages until just prior to use.

Others: Do not warp or bend the PCB to prevent breakage. Do not use locking paint or other substances to secure the rotor position. Test and make prototype products before assembly to ensure functionality.
