MST 8011 Low Power Programmable Oscillator

The MST 8011 is a low-power, programmable oscillator offering precise frequency generation from 1 MHz to 156.25 MHz with 1 Hz accuracy. It is 100% pin-compatible with traditional quartz oscillators, providing superior total frequency stability down to 20 ppm. Designed for low power consumption, it operates with a typical current draw of 4.2 mA at 1.8V and supports a wide VDD supply range from 1.62V to 3.63V. The device boasts high shock resistance (up to 60,000 g) and vibration resistance (>70g), with G-sensitivity as low as 0.1 ppb/g. Features include a standby mode for extended battery life, a rapid 5 ms start-up time, and LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible outputs. Available in industry-standard packages (2.0x1.6, 2.5x2.0, 3.2x2.5 mm), the MST 8011 is RoHS, REACH compliant, Pb-free, and Halogen-free. It is suitable for applications such as DVRs, IP high-definition cameras, tablets, SSDs, data centers, servers, PLCs, industrial controls, power equipment, and new energy or medical devices.
