Product Overview
The Caddock Type MS Power Film Resistors are designed for high-performance applications, offering a wide resistance range and a maximum operating temperature of +275C. These axial-lead resistors deliver power ratings up to 22 Watts and voltage ratings as high as 6,000 volts, with values extending to 30 Megohms. Key features include full power and voltage ratings without derating, non-inductive performance, and excellent long-term stability of 0.05% per 1,000 hours. Constructed with Caddock's proprietary Micronox complex metal oxide resistance films fired onto a ceramic core, and utilizing a patented non-inductive serpentine resistive pattern, these resistors ensure fast settling times and minimal distortion in high-frequency circuits. They are manufactured under intensive controls, including power conditioning, overvoltage conditioning, and maximum temperature conditioning, and are included in the Caddock Reliability Testing Program, with conformance verified periodically.
