Caddock Type MS Power Film Resistors
Product Overview
The Caddock Type MS Power Film Resistors are axial-lead resistors designed for high-performance applications, offering a wide resistance range and a maximum operating temperature of +275C. With power ratings up to 22 Watts and voltage ratings as high as 6,000 volts, these resistors simplify circuit design and reduce equipment cost and complexity. They provide full power and voltage ratings without derating, feature non-inductive performance, and offer higher voltage ratings without the limitations of minimum wire size and spacing. The resistors utilize Caddock's proprietary Micronox resistance films, fired onto a ceramic core, ensuring excellent long-term stability of 0.05% per 1,000 hours. The patented non-inductive serpentine resistive pattern maximizes flux field cancellation, resulting in faster settling times and minimum distortion in high-frequency circuits. Manufactured under intensive controls and included in the Caddock Reliability Testing Program, these resistors meet stringent quality and reliability standards.
