The Avago ACPF-7124 is a miniaturized ISM Bandpass Filter designed for the 2.4 GHz Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) band. Utilizing Avago Technologies' innovative Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR) technology and advanced Microcap bonded-wafer technology, this filter enables concurrent operation of Wireless LAN and Bluetooth applications alongside other wireless standards like 2.5 GHz WiMAX, PCS, and LTE Bands 7 and 40, without performance degradation due to interference. Its ultra-small chip-scale package makes it ideal for integration into handsets, mobile, and portable communication devices. The ACPF-7124 is compatible with high-volume, lead-free SMT soldering processes and can be directly surface mounted to a PCB or transfer molded module.
