Product Overview
The PT10-L-V is a single-turn carbon-based potentiometer designed for general-purpose applications. It offers a total resistance range from 100 to 500K with a standard tolerance of 20%. The potentiometer features a B taper (linear) and is rated for 0.15W for linear tapers and 0.07W for other linear types. It has a maximum operating voltage of 250V DC for linear tapers and 125V DC for other linear types. Key mechanical characteristics include a total rotational angle of 235 10, rotational torque between 10 ~ 150 gf.cm, and shaft stop strength of 1kgf.cm min. The durability is rated for a rotational life of 10,000 cycles. Operating temperature ranges from -25 to +70, and storage temperature from -25 to +80.

Precautions
- Use of Chemicals: Avoid contact with ammonia, amines, alkali solutions, aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, and halogenated hydrocarbons as polycarbonate resins are used.
- Use of Flux: Avoid water-soluble flux to prevent adverse effects on molding material and metal.
- Soldering: Avoid molten solder flowing over the upper surface of the PC board to prevent imperfect contacts.
- Recommended Circuit Configuration: Recommended for voltage adjustment (Fig. A). For current adjustment (Fig. B), confirm under actual operating conditions.
- Residual Resistance: For low residual resistance requirements, please contact us.
- Dew Condensation: Avoid use where dew or water drops may occur to prevent insulation deterioration or shorting.
- Low Temperature Operation: Customized products for smooth rotary movements at low temperatures are available upon request.
