Precautions
Use of chemicals: Avoid contact with ammonia, amines, alkali solutions, aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, and halogenated hydrocarbons, as polycarbonate resins are used.
Use of flux: Avoid water-soluble flux to prevent adverse effects on materials.
Soldering: Prevent solder from flowing onto the upper surface of the PC board to avoid poor contact.
Recommended circuit configuration: Recommended for voltage adjustment (Fig. A). If used for current adjustment (Fig. B), confirm under actual operating conditions.
Residual Resistance: For low residual resistance requirements, contact the manufacturer. A sulfurization-resistant film is applied over silver electrodes.
Dew condensation: Avoid use in conditions where dew or water drops may occur on the resistor surface to prevent insulation deterioration or short circuits.
Low Temperature Operation: For low-temperature environments, customized products with comfortable feel can be provided upon request.
