Precautions
Use of chemicals: Avoid contact with ammonia, amines, alkali solutions, aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, and halogenated hydrocarbons as they may adversely affect the polycarbonate resin.
Use of flux: Avoid water-soluble flux during soldering to prevent adverse effects on molding materials and metal components.
Soldering: Prevent molten solder from flowing onto the upper surface of the PC board to avoid imperfect contacts.
Circuit Configuration: Recommended for voltage adjustment (Fig. A). When used for current adjustment (Fig. B), confirm performance under actual operating conditions due to potential influence from contact resistance.
Residual Resistance: Standard construction uses silver printing with a protective anti-sulfurization film. Contact manufacturer for low residual resistance requirements.
Dew condensation: Avoid use in conditions where dew or water drops may form on the resistor surface to prevent insulation degradation or short circuits.
Low Temperature Operation: For low-temperature environments, customized products with comfortable tactile feel can be provided upon request. Please specify when ordering.
