Endurance and Shelf Life Conditions

Endurance: Capacitors are subjected to 2,000 hours at 105C with rated ripple current applied. Specifications after test: Capacitance Change 20% of initial value, D.F. (tan) 200% of initial specified value, Leakage Current initial specified value.

Shelf Life: Capacitors are exposed for 1,000 hours at 105C without voltage. Specifications after test: Capacitance Change 20% of initial value, D.F. (tan) 200% of initial specified value, Leakage Current 200% of initial specified value.

Soldering Recommendations

Flow Soldering (Radial Lead Type): Preheating: 13020C, 30-90 sec. Cooling: <1 sec. Peak Temp: 260C max. Time at Peak: <1 sec.

Reflow Soldering (Polymer SMD Type): Refer to recommended reflow profile (T1, T2, T3, t1, t2, t3).
