Flow Soldering (Radial Lead Type)
- Preheating: 13020C, 30-90 sec.
- Cooling: (1-3C)/sec. (Note 1)
- Soldering: Approx. 260C, <1 sec.
- Post-soldering cooling: Approx. 200C/sec. (Note 2), 5C/sec. (max.) (Note 3)
Reflow Soldering (Polymer SMD Type)
- Recommended Reflow Profile: T1 (Peak temp.), T2 (Temp. over 200C), T3 (Temp. over Tc), t1 (Duration over 200C), t2 (Duration over Tc), t3 (Preheating time)
- Preheating: 150C to 180C, Within 90 sec.
