Important Information On The Application Of Aluminium Electrolytic Capacitors

  • Use DC capacitors with correct polarity.
  • Use capacitors within rated voltage. Peak voltage should not exceed rated voltage.
  • Avoid rapid charge and discharge for general-purpose capacitors.
  • Storage conditions: Ambient temperature 5-35, humidity 75%RH. Storage life 12 months. Recharge after 12 months. Discard after 3 years.
  • Apply ripple current less than rated value to prevent overheating and lifespan reduction.
  • Life is affected by ambient temperature; life doubles for each 10 decrease.
  • Avoid applying excessive force to lead wires.
  • Be cautious of heat resistance during soldering.
  • Ensure PC board hole pitch matches lead spacing.
  • Use appropriate cleaning agents and drying procedures after soldering. Avoid halogenated solvents.
  • Do not use halogen-containing adhesives, coating materials, or PCBs. Do not cover sealing area.
