Other Remarks

  • Application Notes: Use within rated voltage and ripple current. Avoid reverse polarity. Store in recommended conditions (5-35, <75%RH). Products stored for >12 months may require pre-charging. Discard if stored >3 years.
  • Soldering: Avoid halogenated solvents. Ensure proper drying after cleaning. Do not cover sealing area with adhesives.
  • PC Board Mounting: Hole pitch must match lead spacing to avoid stress on leads.
  • Heat Resistance: Avoid excessive soldering time/temperature to prevent sleeve damage.
  • Tensile Strength: Do not bend or handle capacitors after soldering to the PC board.
  • Ambient Temperature: Life doubles for every 10 decrease in temperature.
