Soldering Recommendations:
- Flow Soldering (Radial Lead Type): Preheating: 13020C (30-90 sec); Cooling: <1 sec; Soldering: 260C max, <1 sec.
- Reflow Soldering (Polymer SMD Type): Refer to recommended reflow profile (Preheating: 150C to 180C within 90 sec; Peak temperature: T1, T2, T3; Time at peak: t1, t2, t3).
- Reflow Soldering (Liquid SMD Type): Case size <10mm: Preheat 100-200C (max 180 sec); Peak Temp: 230-250C (max 90 sec); Duration over 200C: t (max 40-90 sec); Duration over T.C.: t1 (max 30-40 sec).
