Important Information On The Application Of Aluminium Electrolytic Capacitors
- Always use DC aluminium electrolytic capacitors with correct polarity.
- Use capacitors within their rated voltage.
- Avoid rapid charge and discharge for general-purpose capacitors.
- Storage conditions: Ambient temperature 5~35, humidity 75%RH. Storage life 12 months. Recharge required after 12 months. Discard after 3 years.
- Ensure ripple current is less than the rated value.
- Ambient temperature significantly affects capacitor life; lower temperatures increase lifespan.
- Avoid applying excessive force to lead wires.
- Be mindful of heat resistance during soldering.
- Ensure PC board mounting hole pitch matches product lead spacing.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and drying procedures after soldering.
- Avoid adhesives, fixatives, or coating materials containing halogenated organic compounds. Do not cover the sealing area.
