- Flow Soldering (Radial Lead Type): Preheating (13020C, 30-90 sec), Cooling (<1 sec), Soldering (260C, <1 sec).
- Reflow Soldering (Polymer SMD Type): Follows a recommended reflow profile with specific preheating, peak temperature, and time parameters.
- Reflow Soldering (Liquid SMD Type): Case size dependent profiles with specific temperature and time limits for preheating, peak temperature, and duration over 200C and T.C.
