Operating Precautions

  • Polarity: Do not reverse polarity.
  • Prohibited Circuits: Avoid high impedance, coupling, time constant, series connection for higher voltage, and circuits sensitive to leakage current.
  • Over Voltage: Do not exceed rated voltage.

  • Reuse: Do not reuse AishiCAP that have been assembled and energized.
  • Storage: Store between 5-35C, <75% RH, away from direct sunlight, water, brine, oil, condensation, poisonous gases, UV, or radioactive rays. Use within 1 year after delivery (unsealed) and within 7 days after opening. Products stored for over 3 years should be discarded.
  • Cleaning: Refer to manufacturer's recommendations for cleaning agents and methods (e.g., HCFC, alcohol, petroleum, water-based).
  • Circuit Design: Use within specified ratings. Operating above 105C or with excess ripple current reduces life. Leakage current may rise slightly after soldering but self-repairs with DC voltage. Applied voltage should ideally be less than rated voltage.
  • Failure Mode: Primarily short circuit, leading to overheating and potential case rupture.
