Soldering Recommendations
Flow Soldering (Radial Lead Type)
- Preheating: 13020C, 30-90 sec.
- Cooling: (1-3C)/sec. (Note 1)
- Soldering: Approx. 260C, <1 sec. (Note 2)
- Cooling: Approx. 200C/sec. (Note 3)
Reflow Soldering (Polymer SMD Type)
- Recommended Reflow Profile: T1 (Peak temp), T2 (Temp. over 200C), T3 (Temp. over T.C.), t1 (time over 200C), t2 (time over T.C.), t3 (preheating time).
- Preheating: 150C to 180C, Within 90 sec.
Reflow Soldering (Liquid SMD Type)
- Case size: 6.3 - 10mm: Preheat 100C to 200C (Max 180 sec). Peak temp 230-250C (Max 5 sec). Duration over 200C 40-90 sec. Duration over T.C. 30 sec.
- Case size: 12.5 - 18mm: Preheat 100C to 180C (Max 150 sec). Peak temp 230-235C (Max 5 sec). Duration over 200C 30-60 sec. Duration over T.C. 30 sec.
