Soldering Recommendations

Flow Soldering (Radial Lead Type)

  • Preheating: 13020C, 30-90 sec.
  • Cooling: <1 sec. (Note 1: (1-3C)/sec, Note 2: Approx. 200C/sec, Note 3: 5C/sec (max.))
  • Soldering Temperature: 260C max.
  • Soldering Time: Approx. 5 sec.

Reflow Soldering (For Polymer SMD Type)

  • Recommended Reflow Profile: Consult datasheet for specific T1, T2, T3, t1, t2, t3 parameters.
  • Preheating: 150C to 180C, within 90 sec.

Reflow Soldering (For Liquid SMD Type)
