Soldering Recommendations

Flow Soldering (Radial Lead Type):

  • Soldering Temperature: 260C max.

Reflow Soldering (For Polymer SMD Type):

  • Recommended Reflow Profile: Peak temperature (T1), Preheating (T2), Cooling (T3). Refer to detailed profile charts in source document.
  • Preheating: 150C to 180C, Within 90 sec.

Reflow Soldering (For Liquid SMD Type):

  • Case size: 6.3-10mm: Peak temperature 230C, Duration over 200C 90 sec (for 6.3) or 60 sec (for 10), Duration over T.C 40 sec (for 6.3) or 30 sec (for 10). Preheat at 100C to 200C for max 180 sec.
  • Case size: 12.5-18mm: Peak temperature 230C, Duration over 200C 90 sec, Duration over T.C 40 sec. Preheat at 100C to 180C for max 150 sec.
