Soldering Recommendations
Flow Soldering (Radial Lead Type)
- Preheating: 13020C, 30-90 sec.
- Cooling: (1-3C)/sec. (max.)
- Soldering Temperature: <260C

Reflow Soldering (Polymer SMD Type)
- Recommended Reflow Profile: Refer to provided diagrams for T1, T2, T3, t1, t2, t3 parameters.
- Preheating: 150C to 180C within 90 sec.
- Peak Temperature (T1): 230C - 260C
- Time above 200C (t1): Max. 40 sec.
- Time above T.C (t): Max. 30 sec.
Reflow Soldering (Liquid SMD Type)
- Case size: 6.3 - 10mm:
- Preheat: 100C to 200C, Max. 180 seconds.
- Peak temperature (T1): 230C - 250C (Max. 5 sec.)
- Temperature at surface of capacitor shall not exceed T.C.
- Duration over 200C (t): Max. 90 sec.
- Duration over T.C (t1): Max. 40 sec.
- Case size: 12.5 - 18mm:
- Preheat: 100C to 180C, Max. 150 seconds.
