Reflow Soldering (For Polymer SMD Type)

  • Recommended Reflow Profile: See diagram (T1, T2, T3, t1, t2, t3 parameters provided).
  • Preheating: 150C to 180C, within 90 sec.
  • Reflow cycle: See diagram.

Reflow Soldering (For Liquid SMD Type)

  • Case size: 6.3-10mm:
    • Preheat: 100C to 200C, max. 180 sec.
    • Peak temperature: 230C - 250C, max. 5 sec.
    • Duration over 200C: Max. 90 sec.
    • Duration over T.C: Max. 30-40 sec.

    • Preheat: 100C to 180C, max. 150 sec.
