Construction Details

Storage Conditions
- Temperature: 5 to 35 (less than 3 months if between 35 to 85)
- Relative Humidity: 75% or less
- Avoid direct sunshine, water, brine, oil, condensation, poisonous gases, ultraviolet, and radioactive rays.
- Before unseal: within 1 year after delivery.
- After seal: within 1 month from opening.
- Products stored for over 3 years should be discarded.
Operating Precautions
- Polarity must be observed; reverse connection can lead to shortened lifespan due to increased leakage current or short circuit.
- Not suitable for high impedance circuits, coupling circuits, time constant circuits, series connections for higher withstand voltage, or circuits sensitive to leakage current.
- Over voltage exceeding the rated voltage may cause short circuit.
- Rapid charging and discharging is unsuitable; a protection circuit is recommended if instantaneous current exceeds 10A or 10 times the allowable ripple current.
- Soldering conditions must adhere to specifications to prevent leakage current increase and capacitance reduction.
- Do not reuse AishiCAP that have been assembled and energized.
- Leakage current may increase after one year of storage; pre-conditioning is recommended.
- Radial lead type capacitors are not suitable for reflow soldering.
- Handle with care after soldering to avoid tilting, bending, or twisting.
