Operating Precautions

Polarity must be observed. Avoid use in high impedance, coupling, or time constant circuits. Do not exceed rated voltage. Sudden charge/discharge is restricted; use protection circuits if necessary. Soldering conditions must be within specified limits. Do not reuse assembled or energized capacitors. Leakage current may increase after one year of storage; pre-conditioning is recommended. Radial lead type capacitors are not suitable for reflow soldering. Handle with care after soldering. Consult Aihua Group for use in industrial or life-support systems. Avoid storage in humid, oily, or gas-filled environments.

Circuit Design Notes

Operate within specified ratings. High temperatures or excessive ripple current can shorten life. Leakage current may slightly increase after soldering but can self-repair with DC voltage. Applied voltage should ideally be less than 80% of rated voltage. Failure mode is primarily short circuit, potentially leading to overheating and case rupture.
