Soldering Recommendations

Flow Soldering (Radial Lead Type)

  • Preheating: 13020C, 30-90 sec.

Reflow Soldering (Polymer SMD Type)

Reflow Soldering (Liquid SMD Type)

  • Case size: 12.5 - 18mm: Peak temperature 230C, duration over 200C 90 sec, duration over T.C 40 sec. Preheat at 100C to 180C for max 150 sec.
