Contact engineering for handling questions. Avoid sudden temperature changes during soldering. Manual soldering requires careful handling to prevent thermal cracks. Use optimum solder amount and recommended soldering methods (Reflow or Wave soldering). Maintain specific temperature profiles during soldering.
