Contact the engineering section or factory for handling precautions.
- Soldering Profile: Follow the temperature profile to avoid cracks due to sudden temperature changes.
- Manual Soldering: Exercise caution to prevent thermal cracks. Ensure careful handling of the soldering iron, tip selection, and temperature contact.
