| MLCCs may fail in a short circuit mode when subjected to severe conditions beyond specified ratings. To avoid cracks due to sudden temperature change, follow the soldering profile. Manual soldering requires careful handling to prevent thermal cracks. Ensure optimum solder amount for reflow soldering. | ||||
