The AMJM-Series Power Optimized MEMS Oscillators offer a compact footprint with dimensions as small as 1.6 x 1.2 mm. These oscillators provide low power consumption, a wide output frequency range from 1MHz to 100MHz, and a broad operating temperature range of -40C to +85C. Key features include output enable or ultra-low power standby modes with typical standby current consumption as low as 12A, and a low operating current of 3mA IDD (typ). They are suitable for applications in Wearables, Internet of Things (IoT), Industrial IoT, Audio and Video, and Drones and Robotics.
